Acapulco, Guerrero, February 25th, 2018.- Kids Day of the XXV anniversary of Abierto Mexicano de Tenis Telcel, presented by HSBC was a real party in which tennis, fun and energy were the main ingredients.

The special guests, children from DIF Acapulco and from Sueños del Mar, were delighted with the exhibition matches.

Undoubtedly the highlight was when four champions from past editions in entered the court, Rafael Nadal, David Ferrer, Carlos Moya and Sam Querrey.

Pegaso stadium erupted in applause when the players appeared on the court to play a doubles match best of three sets to 10 points.

Carlos and Rafa made a partner to face Ferrer and Querrey.

The public supporting Nadal and Moya, who took the first set 10-6. David and Sam won the second 10-3 and in the decisive Ferrer and Querrey took the match 10-7.

“We had a very fun day and I hope the audience enjoyed it,” he said at the end of the Nadal match.

Kei Nishikori paired with Alizé Cornet and Juan Martín del Potro with Kristina Mladenovic.

The four players entered willing to have fun and infect the attendants.

Delpo-Kiki won the match, but the result was the least important. All of them played to please the public.

Twelve children starred the next activity alongside John Isner, Feliciano López and Santiago González, as well as Christina McHale, Lesia Tsurenko and Renata Zarazúa to play the King.

It was the turn of the Bryan Brothers Bob and Mike, with Andrey Rublev and Sloane Stephens and Tatjana Maria to play hit and run with the little ones.

The closing was unforgettable. The champions lived together in an atmosphere of camaraderie that left everyone with a good taste in their mouths.
