What does my ticket include?
Each ticket grants access to the Main Stadium, Grandstand Caliente MX, alternate courts, commercial and food area

Are tickets sold per match or per day?
Tickets are sold per day, which means you are entitled to watch all the matches played on the day of your ticket.
From what age do children need a ticket?
All attendees aged 3 and over must have a ticket, except for Qualy where children under 12 can enter for free.
Where is the tournament located?
The tournament takes place at the Arena GNP Seguros, located at Boulevard de las Naciones and Paseo de los Manglares, Riviera Diamante Acapulco, Mexico.

Is there parking for the public?
The Arena GNP Seguros has a limited-capacity parking lot operated by the venue, and alternative parking options are available around it.
At what time can I enter the venue?
Doors open two hours before the first match.

How many courts does the venue have?
The venue has a Main Stadium, a Grandstand Caliente MX, Courts 1 & 2, and two practice courts.
Is there any special assistance for people with disabilities?
Yes, our facilities offer universal accessibility (ramps and elevators), and there are designated seats in the Main Stadium for attendees with disabilities or reduced mobility, along with one companion.
Can I bring food or drinks into the venue?
No, outside food or drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
When is the player list announced?
The final list of players will be announced two weeks before the tournament.

When are the Qualy matches played and how much do they cost?
Qualifying matches (Qualy) will take place on February 21 and 22, 2026.Entry costs $300 MXN + service charges.
Children under 12 have free access, but must have a courtesy ticket for entry, available through official tournament ticket sales channels.

Can I re-enter the venue after exiting?
Once you leave the venue re-entry is not allowed, only in exceptional cases authorized by the organization.
Can I bring a camera or video recorder?
No, cameras and video recorders are not allowed inside the venue.
Can I bring a backpack?
No backpacks are allowed; only handbags are permitted.
What items are prohibited from entering the tournament?
Weapons, food and beverages, backpacks, illegal substances, sharp objects, drones, professional cameras, or any item that security personnel considers risky are not allowed.
All attendees will be subject to a security check upon entry; any prohibited items identified during this inspection must be returned to your vehicle or thrown away.
