When is the tournament date?
The 2025 edition for the Abierto Mexicano de Tenis is scheduled for February 24 to March 1, 2025.
Where can I buy my tickets?

There are three ways to get your tickets:

What does my ticket include?

The ticket includes access to the main stadium, grandstand and alternate courts. You can also have access to the commercial area and the food court.

Are tickets sold per match or per day?

Tickets are sold per day, which means that you have the right to watch all the games that are played on the day that corresponds to your ticket.

From what age does children have to pay a ticket?

Children from 3 years old have to pay a ticket

Where is the tournament located?

The tournament it is located in Acapulco, Guerrero

Is there parking for the public?

Yes we have public parking

From what time can I enter to the facilities?

The time of entry will be 2 hour before the first match of the day starts.

Where can I find all the daily tournament information, such as order of play, scoring, draw, program etc.?

During the tournament every day you will find all the information on our website www.abiertomexicanodetenis.com and on our social networks @abiertomeicanodetenis (Instagram, Facebook) @AbieroTelcel (twitter). Also, will be delivering a Daily News with the information corresponding to the matches, players, official draw, order of play, results and more.

How many courts does the venue have?

The tournament venue, has one main stadium, a grandstand, two additional courts and two practice courts.

Is there any special care for the disabled?

Yes, we do have facilities within the stadium. We also have special seats for these people and their companion.

Can I bring food or beverages into the venue?

No, food and beverages may not be brought onto the tournament grounds but may be purchased onsite. 

When will I know which players will participate in the tournament?

The entry list will be announced two weeks before the tournament. This list may vary until the day before the tournament starts.

When will be the qualy played and how much do they cost?

The qualifiers will be played on Saturday February 22 and Sunday February 23 The entrance will have a cost of $300.00 mxn per day.

Can you leave and enter the event?

No, once you have exit the complex, entry will not be allowed to re-enter within the same ticket.

Can I bring a photo or video camera?

No, unfortunately due to tournament policies professional cameras are not allowed.

Can I bring my backpack?

No, unfortunately due to tournament policies we cannot allow backpacks in the venue. Only handbags.

What items are banned from entry to the tournament?

Alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, glass, open beverage containers and hard-sided bags/containers are not permitted. No outside food and beverage is allowed into the Abierto Mexicano de Telcel presentado por HSBC.

Prohibited items that are discovered during bag inspections must either be returned to your vehicle or discarded. The Abierto Mexicano de Telcel presentado por HSBC will not provide storage for these items. Guests arriving by public transportation must take particular caution not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made.
